I moved in almost a year ago and i love the house. It is build nicely and spaced out perfectly. I was able to get my 1 year inspection done which reported a few issues. Could give 0 if possible. We had great expectations from Bloomfield homes. The manager Francis , didn’t have 2 mins to answer a small questions face to face since she had 50 emails to reply to and asked to shoot email
with any questions which we had. Too biased. Doesn’t recommend this business.

I recently moved into a Bloomfield Home and I hope this helps people in their search for their dream home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER. This is the worst house I have ever bought. They use cheap contractors who do an awful job. I cannot stress enough to stay away from buying a Bloomfield home. I regret it.

I’m about 3 months away from Bloomfield finishing my house in Willow Wood. It’s been an easy going process so far and Francis has allowed me to make a couple of changes to my property since I signed the initial contract.
