At first, the company ignored me and did not arrive at the scheduled time, then rescheduled the appointment. During the first remediation, they broke a lightbulb and did not inform me. After that, they failed the inspection, which they did not pay for, and I had to make sure the cost was not transferred to me. In the end, I was not charged.
