On 4 Dec, my home warranty insurance notified Black Plumbing about a leaky faucet. Black Plumbing called the same day and made appointment for 5 Dec. Josh (the attending tech) called to inform me he would be later. That was GREATLY appreciated, respectful and just good customer service.
