My experience with BGE has been incredible. I’ve used BGE personally for my own property and I’ve worked with them professionally. We were having bugs get into the house through some weak siding and openings in my chimney. Not a problem for BGE. They replaced the siding using quality materials, sealed up the gaps with weather resistant caulking and then repainted the chimney with Sherwin-Williams
