We are renovating a 1955 mcm in Fort Worth. The center piece of the house is a great with terrazzo floors. Not great terrazzo floors unfortunately. They were dingy and yellowed, with cracks and stains. We contacted Bizaillion floors in oct 2022 thinking we would be at the point for refinishing the floors by January 2023. My floors are absolutely beautiful now! I originally went with a different company to save a little money and it was a big mistake. My floors were covered with swirls, the edges were not finished, and they were dull. They blamed this on the original installer, 90+ years ago. We have a large flagstone patio that was badly molded and discolored. We were about to rip it out but someone suggested we call David at Bizaillion Restoration.
