Hired BWHH to put shutters and wood gable arches on my house and they were so professional, quick, and had great attention to detail. We will be requesting a bid for a much bigger project from them! They have been so easy to work with. Austin has a calm demeanor and is never in a hurry..much different than most contractors. I appreciate that! 10/10 recommend!

They did a bathroom remodel for us and everything was perfect. The end result was amazing. They handled every aspect of the project for me. Austin does great work. I found out they do construction as well. Definitely going to be using them for my upcoming house add-on. Great job guys. Thank you so much.

We have ordered flooring through Big Woods Haus and Home twice. Leslie has impeccable and personable customer service. She goes out of her way to facilitate whatever is needed. We had a few boxes damaged in shipping and Leslie made sure the replacements were shipped timely. Great customer service is priceless and Big Woods Haus and Home clearly values their customers!! Though, at this point in time, we don’t have the financial flexibility we thought we would to redo our whole bathroom, Leslie has been nothing but helpful in taking measurements/pictures and getting us in touch with trusted associates to get us taken care of, even if it means that she won’t be receiving the income from the job.
