This is my first of certainly many GREAT reviews for Big Guys Restoration. Rudy took my worn carpet that was wavy from wear and made it look brand new! This company is very professional and kind and upfront with prices. They are coming back next week to clean the carpet and I'm certain I will write another 5 star review.

We had some major water damage in our living room. They basically came over within hours of the call and started working. They were polite, courteous, and hardworking. I really like how they set up plastic to keep the dust in and kept it up throughout the entire renovation process

Hiring Big Guy Restoration to insulate my attic was definitely a good call. Their price was very reasonable and competitive. Wade was very courteous, professional and hardworking, even after two days crawling around a hot attic. When the job was done he even swept up the floor. I have no issues recommending them.

Huge thank you to Big Guys Restoration & Flooring/Steam Doc for doing such a great job on my carpets today. Brandon O. was on time and worked VERY hard to make sure my carpets (with pet stains) were clean by the time he left. I have had my carpets cleaned by various other companies over the the years - will definitely keep calling Steam Doc for my future cleanings. There was absolutely NO upsel
