Dustin and Big D pools built my pool and "finished" in September 2023. They were supposed to put the alarms in my home to have my pool inspected in July 2024 one year after the pool was done at the same time fix the auto fill that never worked. It is November 2025 and there are still no alarms and my pool hasn't been inspected... plus auto fill isn't working and my pool is constantly draining wate

Dustin has every excuse in the book to not perform work in a timely and suitable manner. He rarely picks up the phone and will text he will call you back (never does). You constantly have to contact him and then pray one of his workers shows up. After shotcrete applied, it took 7 months to complete my pool! His workers just disappeared!

We had a wonderful experience with Big D Pools. We tried for weeks to find a pool company to replace our pool lights. I got 4 quotes to replace my pool heater. I spoke with each one of them. Dustin at BigD pools was great. I got the best price with the right warranty. They were on time and did a great job. I even got a follow up call just to make sure I was happy with the work. I would highly recommend these guys.

My pool computer board fried out after 22 years. I called Dustin and they had Jacob at my home in 45 minutes to diagnose.
