I went to look for tile tools and the short skinny guy was not helpful at all. He has a very bad attitude and made me feel like if he was trying to start a fight or something. When I asked for a price he asked for my phone number also. If he cant tell me the regular price... what are you working there for? I had to walk out and go to Home Depot. Not sure how your business works but losing customer

I'm sure they are a good company. I just wish it said they don't sell to the public. I might have missed that tidbit on here. Didn't get an opportunity to do business with them.

Great costumer service, offered by Victor, and I don't remember his name, but his always in the other cash register, they got great products for flooring, tile, wood, laminate, etc.
I really recommend them to my clients, friends and family, thanks for your service!

Needed lvt glue. Staff was helpful and allowed me to quickly get materials across town and back to the project.
