I bought 4 cubic yards of bin 10 to be delivered Friday May 29th after lunch. I had made preparations with my job to be home to accept delivery after lunch. I specifically asked the guy I paid for my delivery if this would be ok to set this as the delivery time. He assured me it would. Driver refused to move the truck that was blocking my driveway. There are no houses behind the truck. All he had to do is back it up about 50' He said I had plenty of room.

I called for assistance before making the long drive with a trailer. I asked about a few options and the man on the phone was dismissive and told me we would just have to come in and look ---I have so many jobs coming up involving rock, stones and gravel and I want to go to a company that values and gives a customer good customer service in exchange for my hard earned money. Best place in Abilene for stone or the surrounding DFW metroplex. Tike and Tia Davis family owners are just as the word family suggests. They treat you professionally, personally and will go out of their way to satisfy your professional needs. If they don' t have what you are looking for they have a staff on board who will make it happen for you through design aesthetics, supply, installation

They have a variety of stone for different projects. We do tend to rate places on the person who is at the desk speaking with customers. Perhaps he was having a bad day or is just gruff by nature.

My husband has bought multiple times and has been treated very rudely multiple times. Won’t be buying here anymore. Really bad customer service.
