My daughter's flute had some keys not working and she had a UIL the following week.Luckily Better than New Band repair took her flute and fixed it in 1 hr with a very reasonable price.We are very thankful for their expertise and quick servicing.Would definitely come back if any issues in future. We bought this flute about 2 yrs ago at a different place and took it there for issues with the keys. T

I took my son's clarinet for repairs & maintenances regularly over the last couple of years. Those young fellas working at better than new know the stuff very well. The turn-around time is short and prices are very reasonable.

Took my son’s Tenor Sax in to have a screw extracted and replaced. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes and only out about $25. Strait Music would have had to ship the instrument out to a tech and my son would have been out of luck for a week or two at best with them. Thank you guys for the help today!

Wonderful shop with the friendliest staff. The repair techs are onsite and speak to you immediately in-person while other repair places ship your instrument somewhere and you have to wait for a call later. It's worth making the drive up here from south Austin.

This place is amazing. They adjusted both my clarinet and tenor saxophone, both for a nominal charge. The people who work here all seem to be professionals who enjoy helping other musicians. I would not entrust my woodwind instruments to anyone else!

My daughter got a clarinet for marching that was quite old. We took it there and they did a great job repairing it. They are knowledgeable and passionate. I would not hesitate to go there again to have work done.

I have been playing the Clarinet for 69 years and Travis Goldberg may the best repairman EVER. He is not just a single instrument repairman and perfectionist, but also does repair on my sax as well as all band instruments. As a bonus, he may be the nicest guy on the planet.
