Terrible staff. They never get anything done in time. There are millions of cockroaches and they never do anything if asked for help. My family has moved from the apartment due to these problems. We have been paying rent and living in a diff Place for a month. Also they do not have enough staff to provide us better service. Hot water goes out at least twice a month.

I have been calling because my AC has been out for at least 24 hrs. My apartment has been 85 degrees all day but it’s not hot enough to be an emergency to fix. So from Friday night to Monday my family and I get to be uncomfortably hot. I pay too much in rent to live in a dump. It’s got to get better than this!!

my family and I have lived here since august of 2016. we have a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment which is very nice and spacious. the only problem we have had here is when our a/c went out, but it was fixed immediately and we have had no other problems. we love living here. its a beautiful area and brandy and latoya are very friendly and awesome apartment managers. I would recommend bent tree apar

They never clean the swimming pool and all the gym equipment don’t even work the apartments are decent

Lucky to get 1 star. Stolen catalytic converter off of Tundra after 3 days of moving in. Office could care a less. Management sucks with everything. Had everything paid off when husband left. Turned keys in and signed paperwork. The lady that was supposed to put in file, failed to do so and is now retired. They are now screwing us for a re-letting fee $800. I can't speak to the atmosphere and all but my experience was a little peculiar. I was bringing an item to a tenant. The tenant wasn't there and I was unsure about leaving the item near her door. I went to the office to see if they could hold it for her. No staff answered the door. I sat in my car to debate what to do while waiting for the tenant to tell me that it was ok to leave the item. It’s the worst apartment to live here in port Arthur area. The management is the worst, the lady who works in the front is so mean and rude. My A/C was not working for 5 days and they haven’t fixed it and when I called them to put a work order she hung up on me rudely. I wouldn’t even give 1 start if that’s possible.

The fridge was not working when we came and we complained to them they didn’t came for 2 days and we didn’t had nothing to store food in and the manger sucks she is mean and she never clean the swimming pool
