Bellus installed tile flooring in rooms previously carpeted to match current tile throughout the living area. John came out to match the mortar I currently had. Once tile was installed, it was clear that the mortar did not match the current color. Instead of stopping the process, he told me how I could buy dye to stain the new mortar to match the old. I had a GREAT experience with Bellus from start to finish. We got 3 different quotes to rip out carpet and do wood like tile in two bedrooms.
-PRICE. Competitive with everyone but Bellus provided more clarity as to what you were paying for.
-COMMUNICATION. Ryan must have answered hundreds of questions from me on text kindly and quickly.

I had a mixed experience with Bellus Flooring. They were friendly and helpful during the quote and installation process. However, there were a few issues with the installation that needed attention. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a response to get those issues resolved, which was disappointing.
