I always have the best experience when I shop at the Euless location. The staff is always very kind and ready to help. I want to say thank you specifically to Vilma. She was helping me with everything I needed and made the experience of paying 10 times better! I 100% recommend this store!

I was excited about a top originally priced at $75 and marked down to $30, but after one cold, gentle wash, the embroidery threads unraveled and the buttons were visibly uneven. The quality was far below what the price tag suggested. Do not shop here! My husband purchased a watch as a gift for my birthday he brought me back so that it could get resized. The store was not packed and we notified 2 different employees at 2 different times that we needed assistance in the jewelry section. We waited for 30 minutes with no assistance. We left once it hit the 30 minute mark, it was a complete waste of time.

Visited this Belk store for the first time and happy to share our experience was awesome! Lots of options, well organized & clear Sale sections for all! The staff is really friendly.
Definitely worth visiting this location as they have limited stores in DFW area.

The team at this location are second to none! They go above and beyond to provide exceptionsl customer service. They also carry some exclusive brands like Crown & Ivy and Kim Rogers, that I absolutely love.

This location is the worst, I don’t see how they haven’t shut down yet. They only have one cashier for checking out and it’s always so long. I asked a woman today behind a makeup counter if she could check me out and apparently I was interrupting a phone call and she swooshed me away, I had several items so they missed out on $400 sale. As usual I always end up leaving because of the checking out

I had a terrible experience with Belks online customer service, so bad that I closed my credit account with no interest to shop Belks again. As a last resort, I took my online item for return to the store in Euless and had a great experience with the manager and customer service staff. They processed my return and addressed my concerns. It was much appreciated!

I really deeply appreciate the employee named Paris ✅ she was extremely helpful and educated .
One older lady made me uncomfortable Follow me around the store.
Didn’t ask any questions and she was a employee❌
But this employee I would definitely return next time.
To show my big thanks again, but overall it’s not a bad place to shop.
The deals are worth it y’all around this time of year .
