I was delivered this king bedroom set yesterday. Before the delivery driver left I explained the dresser was very wobbly and didn’t seem secured. He blamed my floor not being leveled which was a poor excuse. He hurried and asked for a signature so I figured I would take it up with customer service. Always feels good shopping at Bell furniture . Manager Yadira , and Mr Nanda were very helpful in making a decision with my purchase . Manager Yadira , Mr Nanda visually showed what my purchase would look like which was helpful. Anthony had great front desk customer service. My wife and I went furniture shopping on New Year's Day (as we were looking for a dining room set for our home) and ended up at Bel Furniture in Sugarland, Texas and Gracie and the Bel Furniture crew treated us great and took care of our questions and we ended up finding a great dining room set (shown), but we also picked up 4 bar stools (also shown) for a great price and Gracie got delivery setup

NANDA is great salesman. He is very polite and intelligent person. I came with my family second time. We liked this store. A lot of options and reasonable prices. He was an amazing salesman that helped us pick the right furniture for us. Would definitely come again and recommend to others.

Pejman was very friendly, helpful, and patient with myself and my wife. We came in the store and he was Johnny on the spot. We explained what set up we were thinking about for our living room and he helped bring that together. So now we wait on the delivery.
