My experience at Bell was wonderful from beginning to end. I was assisted by Dulce and Jomar when helped me find exactly what I needed. They were also helpful with finding me different color options for the furniture I wanted. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I will definitely come again.

They have good stuff but as far as delivery prepare for a headache. I was first told they would deliver between the hours of 2:30 and 4:00. They showed up at 7 a didn’t have all the material . I was told to call Monday and they should come the next day prepared but no . Then They go into telling me they only deliver to my area on saturdays , mind you I already took off that Saturday and this happe

Furniture prices were unbeatable. The Sales Manager Edgar was very knowledgeable about the products that he was selling and took his time to show me all my options. He helped me pick out a new dining table and book shelve. I didn’t feel any pressure and would buy from Bel Furniture in Pasadena again. Go in and ask for Edgar!!

Amazing customer service, management, and sales associates.
Upon arrival I was greeted, and immediately felt welcomed. I came in looking for a specific item, but unfortunately they did not have it. Jonathan was fantastic! I have been searching for the perfect dining room table for so long and he was able to show me all the opinions and let me know right from the start which options were available and which were not. He saved me a ton of time, and was helpful and kind in the meantime. I’ll go back to him for all my furniture needs!
