Very satisfied with our service from arrival and finding are every need. Sales Rep Albert was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We searched many stores before stopping in at Bel, at purchasing a living room set and kitchen set. Delivery set up was very easy as well. Happy Customer

Leo was so helpful and very kind and honest! They met us right at the door and were great at what they did. We went to Ashley’s furniture and they were so rude and talked horribly of bels but bels literally had the same exact couch we wanted for $2,000 cheaper and way nice to work with! Ask for Leo when you go for sure!

Bell furniture Great customer service Leo was so patient & helpful on finding the right set for my family, good prices and quality furniture! Just reselected my new living room set with guardian protection. Ladies at desk also very friendly and helpful explaining how insurance works… just 10/10 overall experience .

Highly recommended employee Leoncio Puente from Bel Furniture in Del Rio, Texas. Great customer service through via phone and in person as well. He helped me place a hold on specific full mattress which they only had one in stock at the time. I drove an hour from Eagle Pass, Texas and he was able to assist and confirm purchase.

Bel furniture in Del Rio is the place you must go to!! I’ve gone to other places like in San Antonio and Corpus and the service, management, front desk is far from the quality like Bel in Del Rio. Very kind, and warming at this place Leo is the person to go to! He is very patient and will take care of you! Leo goes the extra mile to make sure you take what you are looking for!! **UPDATE** On April 20th I got a call at 11 am from a lady telling me they were delivering my furniture “right now.” I explained that not only was I working, but I was also 2 1/2 hours away.
