Bedrosians continues to be one of our go-to tile vendors. Anytime we are working on a tight budget, but I still need something cool, I know I can find it with them. The Plano location is really good, everyone is super helpful. A big shoutout to our rep Zach, he is great to work with.

Proceed with caution! The only redeeming quality about this place in my experience was the tile selection. I suggest only spending your money here if there's something you find that you absolutely can't live without.

Do not order online! Order from your local store if you must, but even that is a hassle due to low stock kept at the stores.

Excellent customer service and good product selection. We recently shopped at Plano store for bathroom remodel. Their team has been very helpful in the process. In particular, we've enjoyed working with Saeed who is knowledgeable, easy to work with and very responsive.

Nice store and helpful staffs.
Unfortunately I’m not sure I agree with the business model.
They dont have anything in stock so to order it will take 7-10 business days. They do no refund/return on stuffs. Anything you return will cost you 25% stock fee. It will slow down any project you have because you cant order more than you need to make sure tile is not broken in process, that will cost mone
