Very easy purchase, great prices, the sales lady Jess was very polite and professional as well. Told her what I was looking for in softness and in size. She showed me three different mattresses within my price range. I picked the one that was in the middle price. The best part was they had it in stock I didn't have to wait for it to be delivered like other name brand stores. Very great service tha

Great Service, and Great furniture! Found exactly what we were looking for and at a Great price! ❤️ Kay greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and helped us find the perfect mattress. I also noticed some really gorgeous living room furniture. We’ll definitely be back. We found our new favorite furniture store. We highly recommend Bed Butlers!

We had a great experience at BedButlers! We went in looking for a new couch and were able to quickly find exactly what we wanted. Although we needed the opposite-facing configuration than what was on the floor, Kay made the process easy by placing the order and clearly explaining the 2–3 week timeframe. To our surprise, the couch arrived within just a few days.

We were due for new couches so we popped into Bed Butlers just to look and ended up committing to the most beautiful high quality sectional and a beautiful green solid wood entertainment stand as well! Jess was amazing. She helped us weigh our payment options and made everything so simple and easy. Delivery was a breeze as well. All in all, we will definitely be back to purchase from them again!!

Jess was wonderful to work with. She helped me pick the perfect furniture for my house. She even scoured through catalogs with me and sent pictures of new items at the store that matched what I had been wanting. The service and pricing is fantastic. We have now had the furniture for almost a year and it is in great shape and makes me smile every time we use it.

The associate was great from the beginning. I was asked several questions to help her understand my needs. After a few minutes, the item that fit my home was located and the sale was easy.
I returned for a second purchase several days later. It was a special order that was a perfect fit working with my odd measurements.
I enjoyed the whole experience and am completely satisfied with my purchases.

I needed a new mattress for my son who is moving back home. Jess was very helpful and got me in and out in no time! She also gave me pricing on a new dining table that I’m looking into getting. Great customer service and quality furniture!
