very disappointing job done at my rental house. Even the door he replaced , he replaced by a door that doesnt fit . Paint job is a C class , i never seen someone not putting a tape between two colors . I had trust in you Keith and you turned me down .

We hired Beavers construction to do a job for us in one of our rental properties and the job was done very superficial and un professional . Patching job was vert poorly done , paint color not matching and no invoice was provided . BE AWARE when hiring him that he did his job correctly .

He would do the job if you dont have anyone else but if you want it to be done professionally, I would recommend you hire someone else . Also if you are detail oriented and your eyes can catch small things , I would not recommend hiring . Your Call after all
