Had to wait a little while to get worked in, but once Carlos got to working it 4 1/2 days later we had the best looking bath in town. Don't ever forget "You get what you pay for". Thanks to Brian, Colt, Carlos and Office staff. Mama is happy.

Called for an estimate. The person who came out was horribly rude and argumentive when I told him what I needed. What he quoted- anyone else could have done for 2-3 thousand dollars. Instead, he quoted 7-8 thousand dollars.
I can guarantee that anyone who had work done by this company paid thousands more than necessary.
I realize finding reputable contractors in Lubbock is difficult, but they have

We just had a remodel on our bathroom from an old tub/shower to a walk in shower. Beautiful Bath Pro did a fantastic job. From start to finish they were very professional and meticulous! The installer (Carlos) was top notch! We would recommend this company highly to anyone needed some remodeling done!! Kudos to Beautiful Bath Pro!!

We were looking to have a walk-in bathtub installed. Beautiful Bath Pro did a great job! Carlos was very polite, efficient, and extremely neat. We recently had Bath Planet install a walk in shower for my mom. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. After getting a few bids we opted for their product. They were a little higher, however the shower is very well put together. The process was quick and the installer was very neat and clean. I enjoyed working with everyone at Bath Planet from Brian, the sales representative to Carlos, the installer. Carlos took out my old bath tub and replaced it with a beautiful walk in shower. He was quick and very professional, so you want to ask for Carlos when you do your new bath or shower.
