I signed a 10 month lease at this location my lease ended so here’s my exit review.
I Didn’t extend my lease agreement because I moved out of state. Had I stayed it would have been a 50/50 chance I would have moved. LOVED living here at Bear Creek! Had to move because of work. The apartment Managers, Aly & Tyresha, always went above and beyond to assist me. Hard to find! The complex was always quiet and safe, and my dog loved the yard attached to my apartment. A+!!

I moved from my worst nightmare to my possible dream apartment! I love everything about this place. To start with, I love the windows in my unit! My floor plan is super spacious and absolutely perfect for what I need! During this most recent snowstorm, we did not lose power once. Aly and the Bear Creek team made our experience very positive with the apartment! The maintenance team was quick to respond to any issues and the valet trash was a nice perk. The apartment itself was all vinyl planking (easy to clean) and well-insulated.
