Philip the owner.. Is very dependable and an honest contractor. He will tell you.. how, what, and when about the job he will be doing. He told me about the material's he'll be using, and how long the job would take. His crew are very professional. I had my 32 year old home roof replacement with Philip and BD. We are leasing this house and live 200 miles away. Philip was super transparent and responsive from quoting, working with city/HOA, coordinating with tenants, and safe/timely execution. Would emphatically recommend them for any roofing work if communication, quality, and professionalism is a key factor for selection.
