Jay Phillips was my tecnician today from BCI and I was definitely pleased with the service he provided at my home changing my air conditioner filter and performing maintenance on my unit. He showed me how to change batteries in my outdoor sensor and reset my indoor monitor. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Thank You!

Rheem.com recommended BCI as one of their warranty specialists so that's how I connected with them. I am SO HAPPY that I did, I've had horrible experiences with some of the big 'home warranty' companies out there, and have a list of contractors that prey on homeowners in conjunction with the shady home warranty companies.

BCI has “The Cool Plan” that means they perform two maintenance checkups a year. This is a good value and it a great way to ensure your equipment is being serviced and maintained to continue performing as needed in the cold and hot months. BCI Mechanical is the only company that I use to keep my HVAC unit operating and not having to worry about failure. If something happens one call will get them

Jeff came out short notice to inspect a potential leak in our claw foot tub to a home we’d just moved into. He was super professional, on time to exactly when he said he’d be here. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took care of it. Additionally he found a deal that could work for us and use a coupon we had.

Our water heater went out and we had to have it replaced. I called BCI and was able to get same day service.
Jeff Andersen took care of us promptly, with friendly, professional service.
After the installation, we noticed a faint gas odor in the garage. Jeff returned and problem solved the issue. He and John were very thorough and explained each step as they worked on resolving the problem.
