Bay Area Roofers did a great job with our roof. We had a raccoon burrow into our roof after some heavy rain. Aside from needing to repair the damage, it brought up a concern for any rotted wood that might be on the roof. Riley was very helpful during the bid process and answered all our questions. Bay Area Roofers did a great job on my roof replacement. The entire process was smooth from the time I first spoke to one of there estimators about replacing the roof, the proposal was structured well, all of my questions were answered throughout the job and ultimately the one day turnaround on the roof. The team came to inspect our roof to determine if we needed a repair or new roof. We were given two options and we decided to replace the roof now versus later to prevent possible major damage in a future storm. There was no pressure to replace the roof. The team that replaced the roof was professional and respectful of our property. This was a much better experience from our last roof replacement

These days, everyone is a roofer & there's no licensing requirements. "Roofers" are running around ripping the roofs off houses & slapping new ones on. Then, they're gone & you're left with what is most likely a questionable covering for your most valuable asset. For our first major construction project, I wish I could give Bay Area Roofers 6 stars. Very communicative, professional, clean, and FAST! You can see in the second picture I posted how clean everything was after day 1 of demolition! We had our back patio cover redone and it was more than we ever thought was possible. We got several quotes for this project, Bay Area Roofers was right in the middle
