Make sure to shop around when given a price. This man was very argumentative when I noticed a problem with his work. Measurements were off..no caulking around windows ( this is Texas)! Space for refrigerator is not big enough for us to open the doors all the way so we're getting another contractor to do it right. Doors on balcony are seriously crooked to a point where the top locks don't lock. He
