As soon as Caleb seen it he said he needed to remove some tile The base wouldn’t fit like the sales person said it would. Caleb & Colton renovated my existing master bathroom shower/tub combo into a brand new shower with glass doors. They did a great job. 1 day demo and install. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and were very professional. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Bath fitters responded very promptly to our service request stood by their warranty and replaced all components and installed our new unit. We definitely give them the best recommendation. Also Colton did a great job and was very considerate of our opinions.

We have had out tub since 2000 and absolutely love it. I had warranty work done today 03/09/26, the whole Bath Fitter team has been excellent from start to finish. Calub Pike was here installing my tub and walls today and did such a professional job, he was efficient and quick and cleaned up everything before leaving my house. Due to age infirmary we had to replace our bath fitter tub with a shower. I did not hesitate to use bath fitter again to do this. Our tech, Colton, was friendly and professional and a hard worker. It looks great!

I just had my shower redone and I am more than pleased with the process and the results. Earsla was kind and explained the whole process to me when I signed up and Regina answered all my questions when I would call the office. Caleb and Britain were the installers, and they were awesome in explaining what they were doing. They were a joy to work with and cleaned up the mess they made!!
