From the very beginning, we had problems. The builder installed the wrong tiles on the main floor, which caused our closing date to be pushed back three times. We also addressed multiple plumbing issues, including nails being pierced into the plumbing, a leaking upstairs shower, and tiles lifting in the upstairs bathrooms.
The worst issue came after living in the house for just 3 years and 2 month

If you love overgrown brush growing all over you fence and damaging your personal property due to roots going into your property than this is a perfect neighborhood for you! The builders have so many issues. The HOA fees are outrageous for absolutely no amenities. Unless you consider the 50 ft “walking trail” an amenity. I currently live in Barton Creek and have been here over 2 years. Yes, it is a great location but the quality of the homes are by far not the greatest. MANY have foundation sinkage with extremely visible cracks and compression cracks through out their home along with ours. Some have major damage to stone and brick not he outside.
