Needed to replace the 15 year old carpet on our stairs. After realizing replacing with hardwood was out of our budget we went on a hunt for affordable carpet. Mr Mark came by to give us an estimate and was very honest and kind. He gave us his honest opinion about our current carpet quality and gave us multiple options we could go about redoing our carpet/tiles without breaking the bank. Robert with Barton Carpets is the only person I will ever go to for any flooring needs. My parents have worked with him for several homes and I have worked with him as well - I could not recommend him more! Outstanding service, knowledgeable, great price, and the floors always turn out perfectly. Thank you so much for doing such great work! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We are building out of state, but needed help finding samples of carpets in-budget. We called 5 different carpet stores in northeast San Antonio for help. Robert made the process quick, easy and stress free. This was our first time installing new carpets in our home, he answered all of our questions and educated us on different carpeting and carpet pads. Installation was quick and the results were amazing. Highly recommend.
