Like a personal hurricane, we have been left with a path of destruction because of our choice in builder. Sadly, there are probably devastations beyond those that are obvious to our untrained eye. A few major issues have only come to light now that they are gone, and we have had to call other advisors and service providers to fix the problems that were left behind.

We have a Customer who has a leaky return jet on a fiberglass pool. Called Barrier Reef to have them come out and fix the leak. I was asked by them if this was a Customer I had on service. I replied in the affirmative, that yes they were a Customer of mine; on service and that they (Barrier Reef) could talk directly to them.

We had glass tile placed on our fiberglass pool today. Looks beautiful!! Brock was very informative when asked questions and listened to our concerns with the process of putting the tile on the pool. The only complaint that I have is the tile has only a 90 day warranty.

At first they were awesome and then once the pool was in…..nothing! Could not get their scheduler guy to ever get anything scheduled! I was in contact with him via text and phone. Then nothing! No response to text and no response to phone calls. Left messages at the office and on his cell. I would still get no response. Everyone was friendly and ready to help until the pool is in and then y

I would never ever buy from them again. I have had a couple of issues
with my spa. Richard fails to return calls and his customer support is horrible. I have been waiting six weeks for them to get parts, I can understand parts not getting received, but to not answer or return customer calls is unacceptable.
The day after I posted this review, I suddenly got a phone call from Richard the next day

My sister had a pool done by them. Quoted them about $40K and then nickel and dimmed them to about $50K. Shoddy workmanship and very poor customer service. They also ruined the neighbors fence and sprinkler system and did not repair either properly.
