I like this neighborhood, it's well-kept and safe, but the community isn't as diverse as expected. Shared spaces like the clubhouse, playground and pool often feel "Dominated"by the same groups, and during certain holiday weeks the facilities can be fully booked, making it hard for others to use them. It can be uncomfortable at times if you don't share in the same traditions, so keep that in mind
