Please don’t deal business with this company bc they have no customer service and warranty at all. I spent almost 2 weeks to communicate with the owner bc their products have problems and she said yes but never come here to fix anything. So things ended up with I called someone else to fix. But anyway, I think she deserved one bad comment bc of lack of customer service

Very rude, dishonest business model, deceiving masters when it comes to honor product warranty! No respect to their accounts business history, they will give you hard time to let them service their floors with zero outcome, Save it , don’t deal with them , wish i can rate them -5 stars.

Good product! I'm a over 17 years installer and been installing this products for over 6 years and haven't had no issues with laminate or customers. Do highly recommend it.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They do not stand behind products or manufacturers warranties, and when a claim is made, try to turn the issue around like its your fault and then ask you to pay for replacement flooring on less than a year old laminate. Rude and discriminatory employees. Would never do business with this company again. Total nightma

I had a house fire and my contractor recommended flooring produced by this company. Within 4 months we started having issues. Within 8 months the floors look so horrible they will need to be replaced. Upon claiming a warranty defect, as obviously something was wrong, they attempted to shift blame to me based on alleged "moisture" issues,.
