I would like to commend Mr. Rene Rocha for the exceptional service he provided while handling our warranty claims for our B&B Home. Every claim we submitted was processed quickly and efficiently, with absolutely no hassle. He was very responsive, communicated clearly throughout the process, and ensured that all issues were resolved as soon as possible. He did ours within two days.

We love our B&B Home. Of course, after moving in and living the day to day you start to find issues with the home. Thankfully we had the help of Rene Rocha in warranty department who made sure all of my 2-10 submissions were reviewed, inspected, explained and fixed in a timely manner with no hassle.
His customer service and constant communication on my concerns was excellent. 5 STARS indeed!

Upon review on our shelves around the house, it was found that no primer was used, the incorrect paint was applied, and it was layered over the initially misapplied coat. As a result, there is extensive bubbling and peeling throughout. This issue is present in all of the shelves, not just one or two. The warranty aspect of B&B homes has been top notch recently ever since René took over. He has been very fast with warranties that need to be looked at and fixed. He’s also very honest when certain things can not be covered by the warranties, but tries his best to accommodate to his customers. Overall the experience has been much better recently.

Love our B&B home! Any minor issue we have had in the last year, we submit through warranty and Rene & his team has had a fast turn around time. The work they do is excellent. Rene has kept in contact with us regarding updates on parts/scheduling a time to come in and address the issue.
