I was soo helped today at your store...going through a situation with a new vehicle and the CSR's who assisted me were so knowledgeable about the issue and I had to recognize them and give them their stars...I see management in their potential and service etiquette. Superb customer service skills are so rare now and I wanted to give them their props! 💯🔥🤗

Knowing what I need already coming in to the store, it’s so nice to show up to have a parts manager tell me, without looking that he’ll have to order the part since it “isn’t available in anything but a kit”. So I show where it IS in stock and it shows up on the app. What do you know? He finds it when he actually looks for it!
He then proceeds to tell me that it looks too big and isn’t the right

A wealth of knowledge.
Went in today to return a part previous purchased. The return process was hassle free. Bought the right parts for the job. Nijan B. made an observation about my old rotor. He showed me the cause of excessive wear. He gave a solution to prevent extreme wear. This kind of service is why AutoZone is my 1st stop in automotive service and care.
