Stay away from this company especially Perry Mahaney. He doesn't show up on time, and you have to keep calling to make sure he shows up. Not very professional at all. Apparently he doesn't know much about floors either. When asked to do floors with the materials we had purchased, he agreed however and then short time later backed out. He said you need to buy his matrials ( of course more expensive

Be careful, the company does not honor the warranty on its work. I had my master shower tile replaced by Austin’s Floor Store in Cedar Park back in October 2012. We found significant water was leaking from the shower several months later which was proven from the installation itself. They refused to warranty the work. I had to find someone to fix it and confirmed the installation flaw. I am suing

Great costumer service and great prices ! So much cheaper and better quality of work and products then when I got my tile done from home-depot once time. Will never do that again and will always use austin floor store! Plus supporting small business feels so much better and personal then the chain stores.

stopped at the SB i35 location too look at lvp/spc samples. lots of samples in a small space. Jackie was incredibly helpful in trying to track down something that was similar to the sample that i brought in. we were unsuccessful and Jackie told me the Burnet location was a larger showroom with a wider variety of samples and encouraged me to try there.

We set an appointment for 1:30p today and no one showed up or called. When we called them to ask what happened, someone named Perry told us just to take him off our list of people to call. So please don't call them. It'll just a waste your time.
