Austin floor store is incredible. The owner Mike is patient, attentive, detail oriented, and very communicative. They gave us a great quote for LVP to replace almost our entire home (~1500 sq feet). We were in a special but unfortunate situation of foundation cracks and they were careful to patch our cracks and flatten the floor for the floating lvp. Mike was also careful to help us choose options

We recently worked with Mike and the Austin Flooring Store to replace our entire ground level floors. The team did an amazing job! Mike was awesome to work with and spent time with us not only to pick out the perfect style and material, but also was extremely communicative throughout the quoting process and every step of the installment. The whole experience with Austin Floor Store was flawless. I was able to set up an easy appointment with Destini quickly to get measurements done and make selections. She picked exactly what I was requesting. Installation was within a couple weeks. One room had vinyl floors put in and I also had new carpet put in my curved stairs. Nine years ago we came here to purchase wood flooring. Was a great experience so we came back again for bedroom carpet with installation. Destini showed us all the options with our budget in mind. The guys who installed the carpet were efficient and tidy. The whole experience was very professional and easy! Everything went smoothly and we will be back for all of our future flooring needs!
