After a terrible experience with another flooring company during our home renovation, finding Austin Floor Store was such a relief. We are renovating our home room by room, and after dealing with wrong carpet orders, canceled orders without permission, delivery issues, pickup issues, refund problems, and overall constant stress elsewhere, we were honestly exhausted going into this process again.

This is our second flooring purchase and install from the Cedar Park location. Destini was our sales/project manager and gave us the product updates on what we chose , Mannington Adura luxury vinyl. Beto and his crew did the prep and installation and they were professional and careful with beaking down and moving our furniture for this process. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend

We had Austin Floor Store install our LVP a couple years ago. For cost, we opted to lay over the existing floor rather than tear out, which they assured us was a good option for our project. The Austin Floor store install team did our area in 2 days. Very fast for the almost 1600 square feet!
