From quote to delivery, Fernando was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and reliable about IPE. I got my quote (best price around), ordered, coordinated delivery -fast and as scheduled- and received a clean and beautiful IPE for my deck! I highly recommend Fernando and Austin IPE. Fernando is a true professional. We have purchased from him Before and with much regret my contractor purchased from another place. It was not a good experience.
There were problems with the quality of the wood. I reached out to Fernando and he did all he could to direct us to some solutions.
I strongly suggest you only buy your IPE wood here for the best quality in goods and services.

We were delighted with the service and the quality of the deck built for our Austin home by Austin IPE. Mr. Fernando Barbosa, the owner, was courteous and very professional. Fernando was very helpful and stayed open after 5pm for me to pick up 2 gallons of IPE wood oil after being stuck in nearly two hours of traffic coming from Wimberley. It would have taken a week on Amazon to receive the wood oil. I recommend him.

This place is really amazing, I would suggest that if you wanted to get lumber for your deck, this is the place to go. Not only do they supply very great lumber, their members Christina, Fernando, and Dianne are extremely generous. This is the place to go for Ipe and Garrapa.
