Guillermo was very professional. From the free estimate to the final delivery, he did an amazing job. The estimate was done within 2 days of me reaching out to Ivana, and the table was refinished 9 days after I dropped it off. I called 2 other local shops and Austin Furniture Repair was the fastest, most reasonably priced. I am very happy with the final product and would definitely use them again!

My experience with this business has been frustrating to say the least mostly in part due to lack of communication and responsiveness from the office personnel from the git-go. They're hard to get a hold of and scheduling pick-up was a hassle (not there during posted office hours, unreturned phone calls and emails). Amazing! They took a beat up antique bar and turned it into a work of art. Communication was good, price was reasonable, they were quick, and even picked up and returned the piece. I highly recommend them for your furniture repair!

We've used Austin Furniture Repair twice in the last 7 or 8 years. Each time they exceed our expectations. Today, they repaired a love seat recliner replacing a broken spring and a wooden brace. Excellent work and it is as good as new. We will use them again.

Avoid using this business! Sadly, I trusted Austin Furniture Repair to repair a simple table leg and they completely ruined the piece! Moreover, they used glue making it impossible to reverse. The table was in my adult daughter’s childhood bedroom and very sentimental. I was not home when they delivered the piece and was devastated when I discovered their mistake.
