Audio Video has been in business in B/CS forever. Their services did not disappoint. We are doing a substantial renovation and addition. Mike helped us with the design of our WiFi/router/access point system and was extremely patient with our questions.

Excellent support in selecting equipment for my home. Display studio had many brands and models to view and hear. Wesley was very helpful in selecting the right equipment for my home. Installation team was on time and efficient- answered all questions that I had. I had to call back for help in using the equipment a couple times - A/V was most helpful and willing to send the installers back out

Wesley at store so kind speaking with us via txt, phone. Making sure he understood our needs. The 4 young men who came out for installation were fantastic. They were courteous, efficient, and made certain we were pleased with placements and comfortable with the remotes.

We recently rebuilt our home and installed a sound system throughout the house and also on our outside living areas. With the onset of the pandemic we have not had the occasion to fully use this wonderful extension of music but now the future is looking like we will be able to. We also installed several new televisions and all the personnel at Audio Video were excellent in their understanding of

Audio Video folks are great. The don’t “sell” you what you don’t need. On the contrary, they work with your incumbent equipment and only suggest additions when needed. Their selection of new equipment is amazing and they are able to fit to your AV wants/needs.

These guys are the best. Had an issue with my main AV system and they came out to fix within 1 hour. I have been dealing with Brett for over 17 years and will continue to do so. The customer service these folks give, is fantastic.
