I saw a used vehicle I was interested in and was told by the internet sales specialist that they would reduce the price after she spoke with a supervisor. She told me I needed to be present for them to negotiate a price for me. After visiting the dealership i was told the vehicle was sold three days ago and that the vehicles don’t get removed from the website right away. In the future please check

Stephanie Johnson greeted me when I came in. Listened to my explanation and told me no problem. When she called to get me a ride home, she told the driver she had "a nice young lady" for the driver too pick up. I appreciated her description.

We took my Mom's car there for insurance adjuster to look at from the very first interaction with Randy in the Collision shop we were not happy, his attitude and customer service was horrible, it sat for over two weeks to be torn down and Randy to write the report to insurance to claim it a total loss, and even after trying to go around him straight to the supervisor he finally decided to answer

This dealership's Service Department is straight AWFUL!!! They have some of the RUDEST people working there. From the Cashier to one of the Service Advisors, Stephanie Johnson.
