Driving through Texas the a frame on our travel trailer buckled. Of course this happens on a Saturday. Called Atlas and spoke with Daniel and he said we could have it towed it to them. By the time the tow truck came it was after hours. Daniel waited for us. As of Monday the ball started rolling for insurance and ordering. We were out of the camper for 3 weeks start to finish. So far, Randall has exceeded all expectations of an RV Repair Facility. Punctual, attentive, initiates the communications, and forth coming with information. If we move into the repair phase, I am hopeful the same professionalism will continue. I have really appreciated the process knowledge he has shared. Looking forward to having a fully functional and safe RV after Atlas is done.

Randall at ATLAS RV was amazing. We have tried many RV repair shops in the DFW area with very mixed results and timelines. Now that we are an ATLAS customer and Randall by our side we have a new home for all of our RV repairs. The work they performed on our Coachman Class C was outstanding, ATLAS RV and Randall were able to replace and repair items that other repair shops said could not be done. O

Daniel has worked on our rv several times, and recently redid the back fiberglass cap after I backed into a tree. The quality of the work was exceptional, and the rv looked like new. They have been great to deal with and have been very responsive and professional throughout all of our rv repair related needs. We can't recommend Daniel and Atlas highly enough.

these guys are fantastic, I made a service call request at 9 o’clock in the morning, and they made time and sent a technician to the house by 4 PM. Courteous efficient and thorough…… I’m calling these guys from now on!
