Hassan was wonderful to work with and these folks worked miracles on a kirman rug we had purchased at auction. he helped identify what type of rug we had purchased and was able to refurbish the rug that suffered tattled fringe, staining and sever wear. What a pleasure doing business with this family owned business. They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced, quick and very customer oriented.. We had multiple rugs, made of different materials,wool,silk etc.cleaned. Not every stain came out however they are over 50 yrs old ,weathered children & pets and moved all over ,so I was amazed the fringe came out bright white on our favorite rug.

Best kinds of rugs I’ve ever seen! With many sizes and looks that fit my brother’s and I choice for the rug we wanted to place on his balcony. Not only did we buy a rug that we wanted; but we also was met with perfect hospitality and GREAT customer service. This might be the most perfect store I’ve ever entered in my whole entire life. If there was a rating higher than five I’d put it!

My little dog scratched about a 6" hole in my rug trying to catch a gecko that had gotten underneath. Atlas was able to weave the rug so that you cannot tell there was ever an issue. They were very prompt and communicated throughout the process. Will definitely use them again if we have a need. PS, still have the dog.
