I had my floors redone a few months ago and chose ATL Carpet and Flooring because I wanted to go with a local company. They used auto-leveler, but didn’t use it properly and we were left with bumps and ripples all through the leveling, which we were told would be smoothed out before the vinyl planks were laid. It's 7:20 and they're still not open. They're supposed to open at 7 am. I've been waiting since 6:50 and this place still hasn't opened.
