Just a couple of days ago I experienced a very bad experience. So there was this sign saying “Buy One Get One 50% Off” in all Christmas Ornaments, so I got these lovely gold Christmas trees, which were located exactly were the sign was. When I went to pay, the cashier was telling me that the system was not allowing her to do the discount. So they called the Manager, which actually his badge said

Very nice store. The people that work there were very nice and helpful. I did not find what I was looking for but they sure have a wide selection of all kinds of stuff at reasonable prices. I will be shopping there again. Sincerely, Joseph Hall of Hutto Texas

Lots of goods, they constantly update their items and bring more new products. Also, returning is very easy of you are not happy with your purchase. And, they have some beautiful carpets of any sizes.

Update: Still prefer in store and there are a lot of deals for end of season.
If you're shopping in-store. We had lovely people help us and care for us.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!! They will dump it at your house without a knock or word. You can get a 'nice' surprise to check the status to "Delivered" with no notice.
THEY LITERALLY DROPPED IT AT OUR GARAGE WITHOUT KNOCKING ON THE FRONT DOOR! Luck

I had a very disappointing experience at the At Home store in Pflugerville due to the behavior of the store manager, Tim. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, he was rude, short, and completely dismissive when I needed assistance. His tone and attitude made it clear that he did not want to be bothered, and it was embarrassing to be spoken to that way in front of other customers.

This place is a hidden gem. Tons of collections. Spacious store to navigate without bumping each others carts. Reasonable price.

This was my first visit ever to an At Home store and I was beyond thrilled, and overwhelmed but in a good way. I didn't know what to expect and had no idea the store was so gigantic, but everything is laid out in clearly marked sections. The aisles were fully stocked and the store was clean and well-staffed which is kind of rare lately due to Covid shortages. My main reason for going was Halloween
