Deceiving information. Those products are right behind the buy one second 50% off sign right on Black Friday but then at the cashier we paid full price of both. The cashier said it’s just some products when the sign says all of them.
Very deceiving information and very dishonest.

I love this store! They have everything you can think of for a home. The store is always clean even when they are transitioning seasons. The staff is friendly and helpful. What more can a person ask for??

Today is my birthday and my mom and I were shopping for a rug for my room at the New Braunfels TX location. We met this super sweet lady named Jessica, she went above and beyond and helped us find the perfect rug. She gave us great tips, recommendations, and amazing customer service. We definitely will be looking for her next time we go back ! :)

Manager was unhelpful and fairly cut and dry when I came in needing help with a return that I had lost a receipt for. I asked if an exception could be made for a refund, rather than store credit because I almost never shop here. Nope, nothing. She didn't seem to want to even listen to me. And they cannot look up a return by the credit card used. Even Walmart can do that! I did not feel "At Home" i

Definitely the best home decor store in New Braunfels. There are so many choices for Christmas decorations. You can easily spend hours walking around looking at all the departments. This location is pretty clean and the employees are pleasant. Will definitely be back.

I went in to exchange an item that was bought with my husband which is a veteran so we got the military discount. The manager, Crystal, would not help me and wanted to charge me more since I didn't have my military I.D with me or my husband. Crystal had the nerve to say I was rude because I didn't want to look at her policy book, to prove she had to see a ID. Guess what, if you have the receipt,

Many great things to choose from here! The store is definitely disorganized and could use someone to better maintain the place! I hate leaving the review I am leaving because I truly do love shopping at "AT HOME!" However, I am leaving photos of my trip here today! Very efficient. If you asked for help, someone came within a couple of minutes. Shipping locally is very inexpensive and quick.
