Awesome trip with Mommy. Extremely helpful and welcoming customer service associates. It was my first time in and I was play pleasantly surprised by the amount of different items they had available there. A great place to shop for home decor items, anything for the holiday season, knick knacks ,candles & candy. You name it, they got it.

Not a fan! (probably just of the Grand Prairie location.),"Hassle Free Return Policy" is anything but that.
Manager on Duty(Lory)was Rude before we even entered the store.
If I ever shop at At Home again, it definitely won't be at the Grand Prairie location.

I just left the store just now at 9:45pm on 10/2/25. They were so super kind and helpful to me and went above and beyond. I would definitely come back and shop here again. Clean store, well organized, great employees. 5/5 stars.

As a photographer/portrait artist I'm constantly in At Home. They have great options for props and other decorative items.
Although I tend to get my prints professionally framed, I do purchase quick frames also. My latest project called for a few frames and an inspirational message or two. I was able to find everything I needed.

What a frustrating experience it was to shop at this poorly managed store. Even though there were signs throughout the store stating 75% off on items with the red clearance tags, after I spent 2 hours gathering more than 2 carts and $1,000 worth of merchandise I was told by the checkout person that they wouldn't honor the sale price because it wasn't coming up on the register.
