On the way home ventured in to At Home store. This place is massive inside and it has very thing imaginable, from kitchen good, rugs, indoor/outdoor furniture, bathroom good and variety of decors. I was taken surprised that they already have Halloween displays already. Sadly, this place is very much empty as this store is relatively new. Come visit them....

The customer service here was top notch. Audrenna was EXTREMELY helpful! We were having gift card trouble and she kept an amazing attitude with us and helped us through the process. She got everything to work and we are extremely grateful!

I never leave a bad review but... Went in to grab a quick item, a floor mat, at 8:15ish, store closes at 9. We had to place them on the floor to visualize the size. A store clerk, middle age-ish, working there on March 29th during closing hrs. He approaches us indicating possible helpfulness, but basically tells us to put up all the mats before we leave the store. ??? We immediately lost interes

I recently visited the At Home – Euless, TX location after being directly instructed by one of At Home’s own Directors to come in and complete an exchange. I followed every step, communicated professionally, and attempted to avoid any issues yet I experienced one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever had.

Absolutely, I hate this store. Here, the staff member, Jeremy, or whoever, was so rude. I went to this store to return my item, but they do not allow returns. Even though the counter staff was ready to give me a gift card so I could buy something else in the store, he still refused to accept the return. But that guy comes over the counter and says, "Can't return."
He was really rude.

The store itself was great, but the customer service was awful. The man that checked us out didn't even greet us. We had an item that was marked 50% off but charged full price. My husband said something to him about. He corrected it but we could tell it bothered him. We thanked him after reciving our receipt, not a word from him. Common courtesy is to repsond.

We were really hoping for a positive experience. We just wanted a decent size console. We went to multiple stores and found a good one here. We were lucky because it was the last one in stock. We took it home and when pulling it out of the box a piece was completely broken. Each time i come here i think wait are they closed? Lot is so light. I just heard of the bankruptcy filing. Kinda Scary. Future of brick and mortar shopping is so rocky these days.
