They Worked Great! They Installed My Whole New AC Unit Last Year And They Just Came In For The Maintenance On It And You Can Literally Feel The Difference! Love Their Work And Their Services!

Where to begin?
Price: 7-8 out of 10, Jeremiah worked to get us a good deal on the unit and install.
Install: 5/10 Watch them carefully, they wanted to do a new AC return box. The first attempt boxed in my water heater making it impossible to get it out when it needed to be replaced. They didn’t install a filter box. The exhaust flue pipe was bent/kinked bad and their tech said it was fine.

Artic air did a great job getting my current unit up to standard.
Then they installed a 1.5 ton mini split in my garage. The guys did a great job!

These guys are amazing! Super fast response time, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable technicians and the quality of their work is phenomenal. I am beyond happy with our decision to go with Artic Air! I highly recommend them!

Still waiting for a refund for items/products/services that were charged and not provided. System is working but if you are not able to see or experienced you could be charged for items you already have that were not replaced.

Jason and another tech serviced my AC today. They did an AWESOME job, cleaned coils, cleared and cleaned drain line, checked all components, checked Freon and other things. I feel confident my AC will make it thru another HOT West Texas summer😊 Thank you Artic AC for the great service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The wonderful team at Artic Air Heating & Air Conditioning were able to fix the air in my good friends house. In support of the Guadalupe River flooding, and victims. The Technician discovered the home he was working on belonged to The Martin's, and did all repairs free of charge. God Bless Texas.
