Oscar was a very nice man. But your company policy of not working on a trailer house is pretty terrible discrimination. Just like saying to my face hey your to low class for us to use our company. Unbelievable in this day and age. If my house was a run down shack maybe I could see it. This house as been totally remodeled with not one piece of material from a trailer company. Armstrong was able to send a technician out the same day (within 2 hours of calling). Oscar F was amazing! He was professional and took care of our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. He left the area he worked on clean and neat which was appreciated. I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Armstrong for any plumbing needs you might have! Oscar was very professional during a toilet repair we had done today and was very upfront with the cost and what he thought might be wrong. He had it fixed in a very timely manor and left the place clean after he was done. Thank you again!

Oscar was kind and professional. He was able to get us up and running in just over an hour; even though our issue was a little more complicated than expected. He worked through it patiently, double checking to make sure everything worked properly before he left. He did a good job for us and cleaned up after himself.

Armstrong Plumbing, Air & Electric is one of the best companies in Lubbock. Our Air Conditioner went out overnight. They have always been prompt and do an excellent job. We have used them for over 15 years and they never disappoint. Our service guy this time was Domingo Lopez and he was wonderful. Thanks again Armstrong.

Oscar F. with Armstrong Plumbing came Saturday morning to unstop my kitchen sink. He had been here before so he knew the issue. He is very polite and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. I have used the Armstrong company for 32 years.

Armstrong is full of professionals that know exactly how to correct issues the first time and promptly! The got us out of a sticky situation...bad choice of words there...by clearing out the main line all the way to the city connections. Camera footage, jetting equipment, augers, good jokes, these guys came prepared!
